About the space:
• Stairs required: The bedroom is a loft style up a modern metal staircase. There is no elevator. Please consider this if you have mobility concerns.
• Historic building charm: This 1890s schoolhouse has thick brick walls and character. You may hear light ambient city noise or occasional footsteps from neighbors — it’s downtown living.
• Backyard access: Your private yard is accessed via a few exterior steps. The yard is turf + concrete — great for lounging, not for sports.
House rules:
• Smoking: Permitted OUTSIDE in your private backyard only. No smoking inside the unit.
• Quiet hours: 10pm-8am out of respect for neighbors. This is a residential building.
• No parties or events: Maximum occupancy is 2 guests. Unregistered visitors not permitted.
• Parking: Your 1 dedicated spot is for a standard vehicle only — no oversized trucks, trailers, or RVs. Street parking is available if you have a second car.
Check-in/out:
• Self check-in with keypad — code sent day of arrival. Super easy.
• Check-out is 11am so we can prep for next guests. Late check-out may be available — just ask!
