Ring alarm codes to activate and deactivate the ring alarm units in both units.
Unit B 1414
HOME sets the perimeter sensors on, such as window breakage and window/door sensors. This would be used at night when guests are home sleeping.
AWAY adds the motion detectors inside as well. This is usually used when the residents leave the home.

Temperature ranges are set as follows.
Daytime (starting at 730a) - 68 to 74
Nighttime ( staying at 1130p) - 64 to 76. Extra blankets are provided.
The temperature can be adjusted at the thermostat by the renter at any time within these schedules.

Upon leaving the units and setting the alarm, the thermostat will move a few degrees, but will return to normal temperatures upon deactivating the alarm.
Trash is collected on Mondays for general garbage (black can) and recycled (blue can). On Thursday, recycled (blue can) is also collected again. The trash cans are placed at the end of the driveway along the street.
You will only need to use the smaller Samsung TV remotes, as they operate both the TV's and the sound bars (the larger remotes operate only the sound bars). Also those smaller TV remotes have no batteries. They are solar powered - even by indoor lights - so they will charge if they are left upside down facing light.
