The dining area brings everyone together with a large formal table, complemented by additional bar seating at the kitchen island. Whether you’re hosting a family feast, quick breakfast before the parks, or a late-night snack, there’s plenty of room for everyone to dine comfortably.

The fully equipped kitchen boasts sleek stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the cookware, utensils, and dinnerware you’ll need—ideal for anything from quick bites to gourmet meals.

Relax in the living room while kids enjoy themed bedrooms or the upstairs loft, all within sightlines of the kitchen and dining space.

Outdoor Oasis
Step outside to your own private screened-in retreat! The sparkling pool and spa are perfect for both morning swims and evening relaxation. A built-in child safety fence offers peace of mind for families, while comfortable loungers invite you to soak up the Florida sunshine.

Enjoy poolside dining with a covered patio table and chairs—ideal for morning coffee, al fresco lunches, or sunset dinners after a long day at the parks. The screened enclosure keeps your outdoor space bug-free and private, while still letting in plenty of natural light.

Relax in the spa after a day at Disney, watch kids splash safely in the pool, or gather the whole group for an evening barbecue (grill rental available).

Entertainment
Bring the fun home! The themed game room is a hit with kids and adults alike, featuring air hockey, arcade-style entertainment, and plenty of space for friendly competitions. Bright décor and a playful setup make it a go-to spot for family fun after a day at the parks.

Upstairs, the loft lounge doubles as a second living area, complete with a large smart TV, cozy seating, and space to spread out. It’s the perfect hangout for teens, a quiet reading nook, or a casual movie night while the rest of the group enjoys the main living room downstairs.
