Perfectly situated in the heart of Isla Verde Beach you can enjoy direct beach access from the apartment or take a refreshing swim in the private pool available to guests of the complex.
Our fully renovated property is situated in the Coral Beach Condominium just next to the Sonesta Hotel having near the International airport. This place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers or small family.

The space
The main living room adjoins the balcony where you can enjoy the beautiful ocean view and the breeze will relax you while you lounge. The living/dining area has a 50 inch Smart TV and a 32 Inch TV in the spacious bedroom, both with basic cable, Netflix and Internet.

Accommodation:
-One King size Bed and a Queen Size Sofa Bed for a total of 3 guest.
-Has A/C Consoles to cool down rooms in case of Hot Temperature.

Kitchen:
-The stylish and functional kitchen is fully equipped with electric stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, cooking utensils, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, glasses, wine glasses, plates and dining utensils.

Bathroom:
- The beautiful bathroom includes essential toilettries like hand soap, travel size soap bars, shampoo and body lotion along with fluffy towels, illuminated mirror and a spacious shower for your convenience and enjoyment.

Guest access
In the ground floor you can find Gym ( requires payment of a one time $50 fee per person to the condo administration and it's good for the duration of your stay) Laundry by coin, Pool and access to the beach.

Other things to note
Please remember that you're staying in a private apartment, not a hotel. Please treat the apartment and the building facilities with respect.
If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
There will be only limited amount of paper goods provided, shampoo, soap, etc.
If you have a lengthy stay you may need to buy additional supplies to get you through. There several shopping options close by including CVS Pharmacy just across the street. We would like to provide you with an important update regarding the property and current conditions in Puerto Rico.

At this time, Puerto Rico is experiencing ongoing interruptions to the public water supply in various areas. Based on the current service schedule, our area is operating on an alternating rotation of approximately two days with regular water service followed by two days without regular service. Please note that this schedule is managed by the local water authority and may be subject to unexpected changes.

During the days when regular water service is unavailable, our condominium is equipped with a water cistern, and the administration has established specific scheduled hours during which water is supplied to the apartments. This allows us to continue providing access to water at designated times while the public service is interrupted.

We truly appreciate your understanding and patience regarding these temporary circumstances. Our priority is to keep our guests fully informed and to make your stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible.
