There is an exterior security camera at the entrance of the condo.

We answer questions about the house, the resort gate, park tickets, dining and transportation, and we sort out the things that do not follow the plan, such as a flight that lands after midnight or a payment that needs another route.

During your stay the whole condo belongs to your group. Access instructions are sent before check-in at 4 pm, so you can drive straight to the condo with no front desk to stop at, and check-out is at 10 am.

Runaway Beach Club is a gated community in Kissimmee, in the Disney area, with pastel buildings in pink, yellow, green and turquoise, palm trees and a lake with a fountain at its center. It is a few minutes from I-4 and a short drive from the main gate of Walt Disney World, with the outlet malls, SeaWorld, International Drive and Universal Studios along the same routes. A Walmart Supercenter sits in front of the community, handy for stocking the kitchen on arrival day.

A rental car is the practical way to get around: the condo has outdoor parking in front of the building, and the community is a few minutes from I-4, the highway that leads to the Disney and Universal park entrances and to the shopping areas. Rideshare services operate in the area for the days when nobody wants to drive.
