This newly renovated townhouse combines the character of a historic home with the practical comforts needed for a modern family stay. The property measures 120 m² and accommodates up to five guests.



One bedroom has a double bed, while the second is a children’s room with a single bed. A family room in the basement includes a double sofa bed, providing a separate space for relaxing or sleeping.



The home has one bathroom with a shower and sauna, along with two separate WCs. The renovated living spaces include a fully equipped kitchen and a fireplace, creating a comfortable setting for cooking, dining and spending time together.



Guests can also use the furnished outdoor area and barbecue.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the townhouse and the areas included with the booking, including the furnished outdoor space.



Parking is available at the property. Self check-in is provided through a key box, with access instructions shared privately before arrival.

The property forms part of Canadaradhusen, a historic Lidingö development built in 1907–1908 and regarded as Sweden’s oldest terraced houses in a villa-town setting.



Lidingö Centrum is within walking distance and offers shops and restaurants. Askrikehamnen provides access to swimming, while Grönsta has green spaces, walking areas and a local café. The Elfvik nature reserve and several walking trails around the island are also within reach.



Getting Around:

Local shops and restaurants at Lidingö Centrum can be reached on foot. Public transportation connects Lidingö with central Stockholm and other parts of the region.



The city can also be reached by bicycle. Parking is available for guests traveling by car. We recommend checking current routes and departure times before traveling.
