Welcome to our cosy apartment in the heart of the Gràcia neighbourhood! This charming two-bedroom flat is the perfect place to enjoy a comfortable and authentic stay in Barcelona.
The apartment features two bedrooms equipped with double beds, a full bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen. With a surface area of 60 square metres, the space is designed for you to feel at home.
The flat is located in an old building with a narrow entrance staircase and no lift (1st floor).
There are two interior bedrooms:
A bedroom with a window overlooking the building's staircase.
A bedroom with a window overlooking a room.
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, washing machine, tumble dryer and all the necessary kitchenware for cooking.
Strategic and peaceful location
The Gràcia neighbourhood is known for its bohemian atmosphere, its cosy squares and vibrant nightlife, ideal for people seeking authentic experiences in Barcelona.
The flat is very well connected by public transport and surrounded by many shops and services, businesses, bars, restaurants:
- 20 metres from Torrent de l'Olla - Penedès bus stop,
- 5' from Fontana L3 metro station
- 10' from Diagonal L5, L3 metro station
- AEROBUS (Airport-city centre): 15'
It is very important that guests follow the rules.
These are some of the basic rules:
- Keep the apartment in perfect condition.
- No smoking in the apartment.
- Do not disturb neighbours, especially at night.
- Parties are strictly prohibited.
- Do not accommodate more people in the apartment than the number of guests registered in the booking.
Families with children and young people are accepted.
The tourist tax of €9.50 per person and night is not included in the price. It applies from 17 years of age and during the first 7 days of the stay.
The apartment is delivered clean and inspected. During your stay, you can request an additional cleaning service if you need it.
