As you walk into this charming property you will appreciate the open space modern design and colorful arrangement of elements. The two bedrooms are close to each other once you enter to the right. The King bedroom window faces the pool area, and the double queen bedroom faces the front of the property.

You can have double accommodation in each bed and additionally extend the number of guests by using the family room sofa bed. One bathroom is close to the bedrooms and the other is conveniently located by the family room/third room.

The door that opens to the pool terrace is located in the family room.

The kitchen is spacious and opens right to the covered porch where you can conveniently park your car and bring in groceries easily even with inclement weather.

There's a small conversation set with table and chairs right in front of the main door, where you can sit down with good companion, a cup of coffee or tea and enjoy the fresh ocean breeze and the beautiful Florida clouds and sunsets.

By the pool area, you will appreciate the best of the fresh ocean breeze that comes from the east... A very relaxing place to cool down after a busy or hot day outside.

Exit the pool area directly to the front porch, by the side of the property.



● BACKYARD/PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL
This outdoor space is serene and perfect for relaxation, complete with a grill, four cozy lounge chairs, and a dining table, ideal for gathering with friends or family. Whether enjoying shared meals or unwinding, this peaceful retreat is sure to elevate your experience.

●POOL SERVICE: The pool is serviced on a weekly basis. This may occur during your stay. This means someone will be in the backyard for approximately 30 minutes while they clean it.

● PARKING
The carport fits 1 car, and the driveway has space for up to 2 vehicles. No parking allowed on the grass.

Guest access
Guests have 100% access to the entire property. Keypad codes will be sent to the guest before check-in.


●Other things to note
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is after 4:00 pm and check-out is by 10:00 am. Based on availability, you can check in as early as 1:00 pm for a $75 fee and check out as late as 1:00 pm for the same amount.

●Please note: This property is NOT suitable for parties, birthday gatherings, celebrations or events of any kind. Bookings must be for quiet stays only with the registered guests included in the reservation.

Only registered guests may be on the property unless prior written approval is given.

●LAWN & LANDSCAPING: The lawn and landscaping is maintained bi-weekly. While I do my best to have this serviced between guests, it is not always an option.

●SECURITY: To help secure the home for you and your guests, we have 1 active camera located in front of the property facing the main door, the patio gate entrance and the street. There are no cameras by the pool or patio.”

●NO SMOKING is permitted. Cigarette butts may not be discarded on the premises.

-Please note that we provide protective covers on the couches to keep them clean and comfortable.

-We also ask you to crate your pet when left alone in the house. Please share your pet’s breed and weight information prior to booking.

-**No Celebrations of Any Kind: ** This property is strictly for standard residential lodging. We do not permit birthday celebrations, wedding pre/post-parties, graduation gatherings, or family dinners that involve non-registered guests. If your travel plans include hosting others, please look for another property.
- **Minimum booking age: ** The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 25 years old. Government-issued photo identification may be requested to verify age, subject to applicable platform policies.
- **No third-party bookings: ** The person making the reservation must be one of the guests staying at the property. Reservations made on behalf of individuals who are not part of the booking are not permitted.
- **Pool heating: ** Pool heating is available for an additional fee of $40/night with minimum 3 nights preferred. Please inquire in advance about arrangements and pricing.
- **Sleeping arrangements: ** The home has 2 bedrooms plus a separate den with a queen-size sofa bed, and 2 bathrooms.

• Kindly take all trash to the outside bin. Place the bin by the street only if checkout day is Monday or Thursday.
• Please leave used towels on the bathroom floor.
• Check all drawers and closets for personal items.
• Change the thermostat to 78 degrees
• Turn off all lights and appliances.
• Please lock all of the doors and windows before exiting.
• If it's convenient for you, please feel free to just leave your perishables.
You’ll be on the road or getting on an airplane. We can get rid of it for you.
