Villa in Marrakech-Safi, Marocco
Motivi per prenotare
A proposito di questa villa struttura in affitto
BUILT FOR ONE GROUP AT A TIME
The whole estate is yours: seven suites, each with its own bathroom, two living rooms, the dining room, terraces, gardens, pool and hammam. No other guests and no shared spaces. Families spread out, friends get their own corners, and everyone comes back together at the table.
MADE BY MARRAKECH'S ARTISANS
The villa is filled with the work of local makers. Rugs and cushions are handwoven by Berber artisans from the Sahara, and most of the art and furnishings were made by hand in and around the medina. If a piece catches your eye, our house guide tells you who made it, and the house team can point you to the workshops where similar pieces are made.
WHO SLEEPS WHERE
Up to 18 guests, and we'll set the rooms up around your group before you arrive.
Main house
- Primary suite: king bed and pull-out sofa, fireplace, lounge and workspace, Smart TV, walk-in closet, bathroom with jacuzzi tub, and three private terraces. Ideal for the guests of honor or the grandparents.
- Suite 2: queen bed, floor-to-ceiling glass doors onto the gardens.
- Suite 3: queen bed, glass doors onto the gardens.
- Suite 4: two single beds, glass doors onto the gardens. Perfect for kids, cousins or friends who'd rather not share a bed.
Pool annex
- Suites 5 and 6: queen beds, opening straight onto the pool terrace, a few steps from the hammam. Good for anyone who wants a little distance from the main house.

- Suite 7: a large suite with a queen bed, sofa bed, toddler bed and walk-in closet. Made for a family with little ones.
Travel crib available. Extra bedding can be arranged for larger groups; just tell us who's coming.
THE TABLE
Gathering around food is what this house does best. The indoor and terrace tables seat 24 between them. For a bigger celebration dinner, we can set a long table on the lawn under the olive trees, with extra tables and chairs rented in.

CELEBRATIONS WE LOVE HOSTING
Milestone birthdays, anniversaries, engagements, graduations, family reunions and the trips that finally get everyone in one place. Tell us the occasion before you arrive and we'll help make it feel like one: a celebration dinner, a cake, the table dressed up, henna for the group, massages by the pool.
Your own group is always welcome to celebrate. Any dinner or gathering that includes guests from outside your booking needs our approval in advance, so please ask before you book.
FOR FAMILIES
Parents can put the kids together in the twin suite, and a toddler bed and travel crib are ready for the littlest guests. The big heated pool has loungers and plenty of shade. It isn't fenced, so please keep an eye on young swimmers. Beyond the pool, there's a lawn to run on, fruit trees, ping pong, soccer nets and a resident peacock.
When the grown-ups want a dinner out or an hour in the hammam, we can arrange a babysitter.
ARRANGED FOR YOU
Cécile and Khalid can organise anything below before or during your stay. You pay vendors directly at cost, and every price is confirmed with you before anything is booked.
- Airport transfers: about €40 per car each way, or a van for groups of up to 15
- A private driver: about €200 per day, depending on season and group size
- Massages and treatments in the hammam or by the pool: about €50 each, as a guide
- Day trips: Agafay desert sunset and dinner, Ourika Valley and the Atlas, Ouzoud Falls, hot air balloons, guided medina and souk visits, cooking classes. These can be booked through Cécile or the villa's Viator page.
- Henna, laundry, packing and unpacking
YOUR HOUSE TEAM
Every suite, both living rooms, the dining room, hammam, pool, terraces and gardens are yours alone. The house team arrives each morning for breakfast and housekeeping, then gives you the evenings to yourselves. They'll be as present or as invisible as you'd like. You're welcome in the kitchen too.
You'll hear from Cécile before you arrive to plan your stay, from the airport transfer to the first dinner. The house team is on site daily and Cécile and Khalid are reachable throughout. Emily, the villa's property manager, is available for anything that needs escalating.
THE LOCATION
Villa Roseraie Isabella sits in El Ouidane, the quiet countryside just south of Marrakech, where the city gives way to olive groves and the High Atlas fills the horizon. It's close enough to spend an afternoon in the souks and far enough that the only sound at night is the garden.
- Medina and Jemaa el-Fna: 20–30 minutes by car
- Marrakech Menara Airport: 20–30 minutes
- Al Maaden and Amelkis golf courses: about 20 minutes
- Agafay desert: 60–75 minutes
- Ourika Valley and the Atlas foothills: an easy day trip
A car or driver is the practical way to get around. There's free parking inside the gate, and we can arrange airport transfers, group vans, taxis to the medina and a driver by the day. Just ask before you arrive.
GOOD TO KNOW
Check-in from 3:00 pm, check-out by 11:00 am. Early arrival and late check-out are often possible, so ask.
The house team welcomes you in person. There's no lockbox or self check-in.
Moroccan law requires us to register every guest, so please send a photo of each passport at least 24 hours before arrival.
You're welcome to bring your own alcohol, or we can stock it before you arrive.
Quiet hours are 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. The villa is private, but sound travels in the countryside, so music stays indoors after dark.
Smoking outdoors only. We're unable to accept pets.
