A proposito di questa casa struttura in affitto
Also on the main floor are two queen bedrooms and easy access to the large wraparound back deck. The deck looks into national forest and has plenty of seating for meals, coffee, and evenings outside. Parking is ample at the house.
Upstairs is the primary suite: king bed, ensuite bath, a work desk, and a door straight out to the upper deck. The bunk room is also upstairs, with two twin-over-twin bunk beds that sleep four. A third full bath is on this level for the bunk room and anyone using the upper deck.
Mini-split heating and air conditioning in each bedroom and the common areas let you set rooms separately.
Quiet residential street near the west/edge side of Sisters with quick access to US‑20 and local trail networks. Sisters’ downtown “Old West” storefronts, bakeries, breweries, galleries and shops are a short drive away; Black Butte, Peterson Ridge and the Three Sisters Wilderness are within 10–30 minutes. The vibe is small-town, outdoors-first and seasonal (busier in summer and ski/trek seasons).
Driving is the most practical option; the town and surrounding attractions are car-dependent and parking is generally available. Short local trips (downtown, grocery, trailheads) are typically 5–15 minutes by car. There are limited local taxi/rideshare services—rideshare coverage can be spotty—so guests should plan for rental car or pre-booked shuttle/taxi for airport transfers. Regional shuttle operators, tour companies and seasonal shuttles run to popular trailheads and nearby resorts. There is no direct passenger rail service into Sisters; nearest major regional airport is Redmond (RDM) and the nearest Amtrak Coast Starlight stops are in larger towns well outside immediate driving range.
All guests must check in at the Black Butte Ranch Welcome Center (13899 Bishops Cap) before going to the house. That is where you register vehicles, pick up ranch access, and get your recreation passes for pools, paths, and other ranch amenities.
Welcome Center hours change with the season and can shift without much notice, so confirm before you arrive. Typical hours:
Summer: lobby about 7:00 a.m.–10:00 p.m. daily (sometimes later on Thursday–Saturday)
Winter: lobby about 7:00 a.m.–10:00 p.m. daily
Reservations desk: usually 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
Central Oregon weather is part of the stay. We often get snow in winter, and summer can bring wildfire smoke. We know that can change plans. Please plan ahead, pack for the season, and check road and air-quality conditions before you travel. Weather and smoke are not reasons we waive our cancellation policy.
By booking, you agree to follow ranch rules and our house rules. No pets. No parties. No unauthorized guests. Quiet hours and occupancy limits apply. Display your ranch registration tag as required. The fireplaces are not for guest use at this time. Thank you for understanding.
