Check-in is after 4 PM and checkout is by 11 AM. Smoking is not allowed inside the home and must not leave traces outside. Do not leave trash or food outdoors as it can attract wildlife. Parties and/or any gatherings above the posted occupancy are not allowed. Please keep outside noise respectful. Any damage from intentional actions is the guest's responsibility. The host is not responsible for items left in the home. Cameras on the exterior of the home cover the front entryway and side yard of the house for the security of our guests. (2 cameras)

This place is okay. It has some nice updates, but there are also some rough spots. If you have a small child and need to use a tub, I would pass. The tub has a slow drip and a nasty stain. The master shower, however, is nice. If you need a nice yard for kids to play, I would also pass. Only part of the yard is cleared and there are random pieces of wood and piping lying near the shed. My main problem with this rental was the inaccurate communication I received from the host. Before booking, I specifically asked if the yard was fully fenced because I was staying with two dogs; he said yes. It is not; it lacks a gate. I made do by making a make shift gate with the trash bins. If that had not worked there could have been serious issues because the duplex is located by a very busy road. Later when I found I needed to extend my stay in the area, I asked if this rental was available ( moving with two dogs is not fun); he said yes. It was not; the host said he misread the calendar. I will say that the host was quick to respond to all my inquiries and requests; his responses just weren’t correct. If you are looking for a place to hangout and gather, I can’t really recommend this place. However, if you just need shelter with all the amenities- washer/dryer, dishwasher, shower, stove—this place will do.
