The staff were great, from the receptionists to the breakfast team. The location was perfect. Lots of light in corridors and dinning hall.
The room and bathroom were large but very basic in decoration and design. It doesn't have to be a modern boutique hotel but it seemed extremely void of any ambience at all.

Great location. Clean facility. Friendly staff.
No fridge. No Landry.

We found the hotel to be a comfortable base from which to explore Munich. It was a short work to Marienplatz and multiple public transport options were easily accessible. The room was clean and comfortable, and our son’s bed was in a nook just off the main bedroom, so appreciated the little extra privacy. The balcony was a very lovely bonus!
We found the staff to be very helpful and friendly, Antonio in particular.
