The staff were kind, the location and property are beautiful, the rooms are clean. We enjoyed a nice breakfast and dinner with a view of the river. Considering Kamloops prices during the summer, we found it to be a great value for money option.
We would have liked to know that the pool was out of order ahead of time, as it was part of the reason we picked it.

very nice location just by the river. We had a pleasant meal outside, beautiful grounds. We played corn in the hole all evening. There was a simple grab and go breakfast which was perfect.
Aircon was a bit noisy, swimming pool was not in action, maybe because there were so many mosquitos

Restaurant was very good. Great chef
Nothing, it is an older hotel, but kept up. A very comfortable feeling.

Location is pretty and peaceful
Kitchen staff left work and the place is without cooks. Very limited foods. No mini fridge nor microwave in the rooms either.
