Very outdated light system

great location in a quiet residential area but near to Denman st shops for restaurants etc. near Stanley park so lots of birds and small wildlife

looking tired and worn out but was kept clean - architects board out front so presumably to be developed sometime soon

Great location. Beautiful, quiet, leafy neighbourhood near Stanley Park and close to shops and cafes.

the rooms are spacious and clean. little kitchen with full size fridge

room size is a big plus. some rooms are more renovated than others. love being a block from Stanly Park or 20 minutes from BC Place. Great restaurants and coffee shops 3 blocks away. Quiet area. 4 blocks from English Bay. staff are always friendly.

Some rooms are more dated than others. But lots of room here. Beds comfortable.

Location was good easy walk to aquarium, local shops etc. our party was up graded. Ken thank you so much for your help. Had a full kitchen

One of the beds was very uncomfortable

Location was great. The suite was huge. The kitchen had all the utensils and pots and pans required to cook. It had some really funky furniture as well. The check in desk was efficient and super friendly.

The remote control didn't work on the TV and some of the furniture was a bit dated.

Location next to Staley Park was just what I wanted. the suite was more spacious and comfortable than I expected. Nicely supplied kitchen was a treat. Comfortable bed.

The bathroom was lacking in a place to put things like extra kleenex toilet paper, towels. Also no place near sink to place toothbrushes or shaving cream, etc.

We love the location. The bed was super comfortable and our suite had everything we needed. we will highly recommend to all our friends. Staff were super friendly.

kettle wasn't working very well. needs to be replaced. Spatula in the utensil drawer was dirty. Shower doesn't turn on properly. always water coming out tap when shower is on.

Location excellent, denman place mall shopping for food, excellent.

That they were booked, & i couldnt extend my stay.

location. being at Stanley Park is very good

old… kent, the guy at the front desk was very friendly, however we left our luggage and agreed to come back to get them at a specific time. I tried calling and at least 5 different people hang the call. we almost lost our shuttle to Whistler because of this

Finding your key is like solving a puzzle. Free popcorn was our dinner after checking in.

The space was large and bright and spotless! Although an older building, it seems maintained and the towels, sheets, coffee machine and microwave all seemed brand new. With a few "touchups" one wouldn't realize its age inside.

The carpet in the living room was "wavy" but clean. It might have been a tripping issue for some. Would have liked to have a recycle container for recycling.

All kitchen facilities were provided for and there was room for three people.

its located near resturants abd stanely park and many attractions ,, so didnt have to husslr with transport

spacious apartment well laid out, perfect for our needs. big 1.5 size beds for teenage boys! really helpful and easy going staff. good entry instructions.

queen bed was a bit saggy. stairs to garage (no lift) a bit difficult with ski bags. but not terrible.

a little old and dated

Room seemed recently updated. Large, comfy and clean . Kitchen is a nice bonus. Incredible location.

Probably just me but I received a few communications that check in is 4-5pm, after that is after hours. But on Saturday the office closes at 3pm. The code I had didn't work but fortunately someone let me in. Mixed feelings about the parking. $25 maybe less than hotels with parking garages, but for that you get a space on the alley behind the hotel that isn't long enough, so that everyone's car sticks out into the alley.

there were no staff to check us in or out so it was very frustrating trying to find our keys
