Brekfast was great and the roof top bar for appetizers was awesome
I had asked for a handicap room. My cousin was unable to shower because she could not step over the tub.

It was right downtown and easy walking distance to several attractions. The breakfast was delicious!

Comfortable and clean room. I was traveling with my family, and enjoyed how close the hotel is to the Aquabus. It was a bit of a walk from the rail station with luggage and a small child, will probably take Uber next time. I had to take a Zoom call from the lobby late at night to suit the EU timezone and not wake up my family, and appreciated the night staff turning down the music for me to take the call.
Not much to complain about really. I didn't like the light sensor in the room when walking to the toilet because it kept waking our daughter up.

Location, staff's attentiveness
This hotel is in serious need of a refresh.
Stained ceiling, peeling wallpaper, stuffy rooms, stained towels. It was very disappointing for the price to stay in such a poorly maintained place.
