Super friendly. Quick to acknowledge u when u come in. The beds were perfect not to soft not to hard. Sheets didn't feel like sheets, if u know what I mean. They were so soft. Underground parking that they did the parking, you left your keys with them. If u needed your car they would pull it up for you. We walked, as the weather was great and took Lyfts as it was a great price and places we went didn't have parking.
Felt safe and secure. You needed a tap card to use elevator. I had for gotten some essentials at home, toothbrush, toothpaste and deodorant they had all for no charge! Now that I can find it I would go back. They also allow dogs! Which i did know. So if I need to i can bring my puppy.
The biggest issue was, I went around the block 3-4 times to find it. No signs turning from Davie onto Granville. I parked and walked around to find them, I called my friend/aka driver and told her where to go. Coming from Drake onto Granville there was a visible sign.
The bathroom had no fan? The window opened but no screen. It makes me wonder about the moisture and where it goes. Severe allergy to moulds, indoor and out.,
