Fantastic property in the most ideal location on the island. Jennifer, lead concierge, was simply brilliant. The itinerary she organized for us was better than we could've imagined. She took a lot of time to understand our needs, our family interests and personalities, and even arrange a gift for my daughter (a jellycat which she's been after for ages!). Stand-out hospitality.

Excellent breakfast and very helpfull staff. The location of the hotel is second to none. Magnificent garden in front of the hotel.
The hotel itself is quite outdated and, in my modest opinion, needs interior renovation. The bathroom was poorly designed, especially the shower with the water leaking outside the shower cabin due to no barrier and poor drainage system.

The elegant beautiful building to start ! The staff were fabulous on booking in we had an opportunity to upgrade as our 35 wedding anniversary which was a real treat. The food was exemplary and then a bottle of fizz in the room was so kind.

The location and the hotel’s architecture and history
I paid a minimin of US$500 US and 3 rooms worth US$679 and didnt get the value- the amount wld have been equal to a suite yet for 6 rooms that I booked I only got 2 De Luxe rooms and neither had a City View nor none of the rooms given didnt have any good view. It took me awhile to get reimbursed on the amounts charged on my card when I already paid before checking in. The breakfast Tea they are advertising about has lesser choices on the menu and not equal to it’s upscale setting.
