Perfect location , short walk to waterfront and cafes etc . Clean and comfortable and very friendly staff who provided a lot of useful info prior to and at check in to help us make the most of our stay in Victoria

The rooms are spacious. The hotel is centrally located. It provides all necessary extras, like parking and drop off/pick up areas.

Very courteous and helpful staff
Not as pretty as in the pictures

Location is great, very close to downtown and harbour
No central A/C so on a room like ours (1 bedroom suit) there is only a bulky, very loud A/C machine inside the bedroom itself, nothing on the rest of the room so if you want to cool down the full thing you need to leave the bedroom door open and have the machine on full blast and even with that the people sleeping on the living room area will have a hard time during hot days. Shower heads are really low so is very awkward and uncomfortable to shower. Bathrooms are clean but because how dated they are they appear "dirty" from all the use, specially bathtubs
