We thought the pillows were too heavy and hard. And there could of been a few more dishes.

Comfortable room and great location.

Disappointed that breakfast wasn't served, but understand why it wasn't.

first got the room with city view, got in room room facing brick wall. was promised city view. room didn’t had minibar like promised

fabulous accommodation with on the waterfront views and amazing terrace for lunches. huge living rooms d well stocked kitchen. super impressed by helpful and friendly staff.

The location is perfect, so close to everything we wanted to do! It was also nice to have a balcony.

Location! You can walk to shops, tourist attractions, Chinatown. Free covered parking. Lovely front desk staff and other staff. The hotel has a fabulous view of Harbour or if on City side the lit up législative building, (gorgeous). The Johnstone Lift Bridge is fascinating to watch from the water view rooms too!

No complaints with this lovely condo/hotel. I have been coming here to The Regent since 1994, and have recommended many friends and family. I have no complaints. Have stayed in a king room, 1 bedroom suite, 2 bedroom suite and an 1800 sq ft Penthouse suite! Huge balcony too. Deluxe, hands down the best place to stay in Victoria!!
