Helm's Inn

There is a full kitchen in each room with plates, utensils, pots and pans available. The location is fantastic and very walkable to the main parts of Victoria.

Our room faced into the courtyard so was quiet. But our relatives had a room that faced the street so had more noise. Their room was also very cold upon arrival, whereas ours was very warm. We were charged twice for parking as we had two rooms booked, despite all traveling in only one vehicle. When I realised after we got home from our travels, and let the hotel know, they did refund the extra charge straight away. But good to always check the receipt before leaving.

Love how big the room is, staff was amazing, location was perfect. Has luggage storage.

No bottled water, outdated, and wasn’t as clean as I would have liked

Our room was very nice, ample and clean. There was a big kitchenette, which can be handy in your stay is longer than a night or two. The location is great, close enough to the downtown area but in a quieter place.

They didn't provide shower gel in the bathroom so we had to buy our own. Not a big deal, as many accommodations only provide very small samples and I normally bring my own.

The beds were very comfortable and the location was excellent

The couch was dirty and missing buttons and was not a proper pull out couch as advertised. It would only have been big enough for a child to sleep on. The staff were not very friendly and didn't care when I told them about the couch
