We had to wait for exactly 16:00 to be checked in. The coffee maker wasn’t in the mood to make coffee for us. Time for it to retire I suppose. The room was quiet and generally comfortable. Salutations and well-mannered acknowledgments from all the staff.

The BW in downtown Victoria is a stone's throw from everything. But the real gem is the service! Every single staff member is attentive and guest focused, with a small in their face! Five star service!
Thank you to all of the staff members for making my stay feel welcomed.

All in all it’s a great hotel! My only complaint is the mattress. It was very uncomfortable and gave me a sore back which is not ideal when exploring the city!! Great location!

Receptionists are amazing and service is outstanding. We had some hot water issue 2 days straight at around 9:30pm-10:30pm I suppose due to the demand and there were ants on the floor around the room. The hotel is 2 blocks away from Chinatown which was pretty convenient.

The hotel is centrally situated, near food shops and other places. The rooms are large and well equipped.The staff is friendly. But no one came to clean our room in 4 days we had to stay there.We had to drop the garbage in a garbage container at the end of the hallway. We were out of our room quite a bit, but no one came to vacuum or change the sheets or towels.I am wondering if this is a Covid policy to not get I. People ‘s room until they leave. I enjoyed the coffee machine near the elevator. I got coffee there in the morning! Super!

The room looks nice clean and nice. However, next time I hope the hotel can provide more bar soap for the sink and for body wash.

Always enjoy my stay. Stayed in a suite this time with separate sitting area and full kitchen. Came in handy over the 3 day stay.

Good check-in. Construction out front so a temporary parking spot was made available. Room was clean and comfortable.TV was a Samsung so not iPhone compatible for screen mirroring!
Was awakened at 2:30am each of two nights with loud street noise…people shouting or yelling which continued for 45min to an hour.
Additional crockery was provided for entertaining in the suite which was appreciated.

It was very noisy. There were people up and down the hallway most of the night speaking loudly, slamming doors, and congregating right outside our door. We were beside the elevator so we heard it much of the night.

Excellent location, close to very good restuarants, close to good coffee places such as Starbucks and Tim Hortons, valet parking was a surprise but my truck was parked for me with no problems, in house restuarant was good but very expensive

We had a nice small trip, with friends. Location is good and rooms are. Not bad.

The room was clean and the staff was very pleasant. Room we were in was very loud with road noise. Also had other patrons running down the hall screaming in the night thinking itvwas funny.

When I was checking in, I mentioned to the lovely front desk person that I was there for my birthday night out. She offered to send us up a complementary bottle of wine, which I or course accepted! When I got back to our room later that evening, there was a bottle of wine (which was quite tasty), a small box of chocolates, and a birthday card from the hotel. I thought it was a really nice tough to an otherwise really pleasant stay. I'd definitely go back there again.

Staff was helpful and pleasant to deal with. Some things to consider when staying here:
- if your room is facing Broad Street, you'll hear music and noise from the nightclub
- rooms and bathrooms are showing its age

May be the room that we assigned was right on the other side of an elevator. It was so noise and. There were constant noise not big one but is disturbing in the room. like switch on and off, ticking noise. I didn't know where it come from but was totally unexpected.

The rooms are very clean and customer service is excellent. Only problem is that there is a lot of noise coming into the room from the road and the night club around the corner.

Good location near inner harbor and convenient for foods and meals. We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights. Check in time should be 4:00 pm but we were told that the room was not ready when we arrived at 4:30 pm and had to wait for more than 15 minutes in the lobby. Reception staff told us that cleaning of the room would be arranged after midday on the next day, but no cleaning of the room was done when we returned the room at 6:30 pm on the next day after sightseeing. Minimum cleaning was then arranged with our presence in the room.

Love the convenience of the location. Everything was within walking distance of the hotel. Loved the restaurant attached to the hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
