Locations was excellent! Didn't need to get in a car for the entire visit as we walked everywhere. Johnny, the host was very friendly the one time we saw him. He gave us a bit of history about the house, it is gorgeous.
Although there were lots of signs in the room, some things were unclear starting with what room we were booked in as the Confirmation just said Queen Suite so we had to search through the Booking.com to find the name of the room. Once in the room we weren't sure if we could access the common areas but the next morning the curtain in the shared centre coffee/tea area opened for breakfast so I guess we only had access to main floor (rooms in basement) from 8-10 a.m. We slept on a Murphy bed which wasn't the most comfortable and squeaked every time we turned over. No little extras like lotion, conditioner, shower gel/soap.

Location excellent (next to Beacon Hill Park), easy walk to town, good cleanliness, breakfast lovely, nice room and facilities, good communications and staff, place for leaving bags
Paying separately for car parking (getting cash), Shared table for guests breakfast

Excellent location. Good breakfast. Handy parking.
Poor pulldown bed - uncomfortable. Room was disappointing: bed cum kitchen cum bath though shower and toilet were separate. Disappointing for money.
