In general the hotel is nice and spacious - the staff was nice and kind and the room was really big, clean and comfortable with 2 little kids. The breakfast was good, especially when they don't charge for kids under 6 - so it's a good value for money.
We requested for a crib for our little one and the request was approved at booking - but when we arrived there was no crib in the room. We had to ask for it 3 times until we got one. When it arrived it obviously was a pack and play - but with no sheets / mattress or anything to put in it. We had to put our own blanket we brought from home so our girl could sleep in it properly.
Plus - the safe didn't work - they sent a technician but it wasn't fixable and changing a room wasn't an option.
And third, when we arrived the receptionist mentioned to us that the breakfast is $20 per person - eventually it was $28 per person (Which is still decent - but it was not what we expected) - I mentioned it to the staff after and they apologized that it might was a new team member.

Space in the room, outside hot pool was lovely, specially after a ski day, really convenient to have the ski shop in the hotel
The room was on the way to the ski lockers a bit noisy in the mornings

The breakfast buffet was excellent. Although, quite expensive for our needs.
Include a cheaper continental breakfast option.
