Everything was great! The vicinity of the ski lifts couldn't be better. The indoor garage with ski lockers was really convenient. Our apartment was small but had a good setup and was nicely furnished and clean. One day there was a snowstorm and we could enjoy a delicious dinner at a restaurant because it was located next to our building, a very nice one! Everyone there was very nice! We already decided that we are coming back next year!

Easy check-in, privacy, quietness and Location to the Basicilla of St. Anne De Beaupre were all big plusses for this location.
The disc golf facilities were closed... but not a big problem for us.

For the price I thought it would be a bit nicer and cleaner. The upstairs tv did not work.

A lot of dirt, we had a noisy upstair condo that kept my kid up.

Location was good.
Wifi was down for the first part of our stay. We were charged twice- later refunded but took some time. Our designated parking spot was taken and took couple days to get sorted. Over the phone I was told the hotel offers discount for ski pass but at check in I was advised they don’t.

The property was clean, and easy to get around. The snow removal team did an excellent job keeping pathways and roadways clear.

I rented two condos. One was a basement condo ( this was never mentioned in the description when I did the reservation) and the other one was first level with bedrooms on a mezzanine. Bedrooms and bed are small. Appartments were extremely hot with bad and noisy fans in a 1980´s decor. The rooms were not as described and we were missing bedsheets. Try the support line to get the missing bedsheets but after being transferred and having to explain the situation to 3 different persons, no solution was offered. Manager never called me back as promised.
