Location was great and staff were very friendly, as well as the breakfast.
Felt it wasn’t clean. Toilet was extremely dirty behind the seat and on our last day when we were making sure we didn’t forget anything, I lifted the covers and found an old kids sticker between the sheets. That made me think twice if the sheets were even washed.

the location was amazing and what we needed was all within walking distance
we didn’t realize how many families were going to be booked in, not much you could do but it was a little loud in the mornings

So good! The service was great, the restaurant was amazing. It had a good variety from meat to vegetarian and for a good price! The view from our room was beautiful. Met my expectations greatly for a low price!

Very professional and friendly staff from front desk, to dining room, lounge staff to house keeping.
Clean and comfortable king bed. We were on the 3rd floor - it was very quiet.
Surprisingly good bar food and one of the best breakfasts I've had in a long time.

Front desk staff rude when trying to extend stay. Front desk w/ no lost and found access unless between 0830 and 1630.

the hot tub wasn’t very hot, and the jets seemed to be not really on

The hotel was conveniently located, and the room had everything we needed. Everything worked, and it was a very clean room. The toilet was taller than the wee short ones of the past.
The AC/heat was a little noisy.

it was ok the staff were just in general disinterested, they were full so probably busy, but restaurant was closed Wednesday, Tuesday we stopped by for a drink but wasn’t particularly pleasant.

I didn’t like that they didn’t have a bath Matt in the room made me feel disrespectful and the bed sheets were very loud every time my partner turned over in his sleep I woke up
