Where do we start? The view was incredible! The rooms were beautiful and the staff were friendly and welcoming.

The hotel is in a great central location in Canmore and easily accessible for the lovely town of Canmore. There are some lovely easy walkable trails nearby,
The hotel has a lot of building work taking place outside the front entrance although this wasn't an issue for us as I had requested a quiet room in advance. Making restaurant bookings isn't made easy with reception staff seemingly unable to assist. Also when we checked out the staff at reception didn't ask about our stay or wish us a safe onward journey. Restaurant was okay but we had the buffet on Sunday and by 7.30pm much of the food had been eaten and not replenished.

The location to town amenities and the view from our room made our stay the best of our Rocky Mountain accommodations. The dining room menu was good and we loved the chowder and sirloin poke.
The lounge chair and ottoman were not situated for tv viewing. The dining room had a good menu but the cauliflower appetizer sauce was too sweet and not hot.
