The room was much nicer then the advertised photos on Booking.com site. The staff returned messages promptly. The homemade cookie on arrival was delicious. We attended a dinner theater performance which is on-site, very convenient.
Was disappointed there wasn't a hot tub, rooms didnt offer soaking tubs and no complimentary breakfast. Many hotels in this price point offer all three.

The breakfast was excellent, thank you. The staff was very friendly.
The lobby was spacious and clean, loved that.
The temperature control in the lobby and public areas - very cool. Could just be the seasonal fluctuations outside, hard to control.
Under the beds there were cookie bags and socks that did not belong to us - so I suspect the rooms could be cleaned better if you want to maintain a property of high standards.
We waited longer than necessary to be seated for dinner on our first evening.
Aside from the above we were happy to have booked with Doubletree Hilton. Thank you.

Location was good, nice clean lobby
Customer service could have been better, very poor.
They need better cleaners there for 4 nights and never changed the sheets or vacuumed
Did the bare minimum cleaning.
Pool area looks depressing
