We had a very enjoyable stay at the IHG in Surrey. Love the decor and the room was so comfy. Had everything we needed there. Would definitely stay there again. we were happy about the dove soaps and lotions. Nice to have applicators right in the shower/bathtub. My husband really enjoyed the continental breakfast as I’m not an early riser. He often brought me something. Tasty. Looking forward to the next time we can stay there.
I honestly can’t think of one thing that we did not enjoy

Close to the highway. Very clean rooms. Beds were really comfortable. Staff was very attentive and friendly. Breakfast had many choices and always stocked.

Breakfast was good and plenty of choices. Lots of space for sitting and love the courtyard as well.
No complaints, stayed here last year as well and will do so again.

The breakfast wa excellent and the crew.
The aircon was keep turning off by itself and itwas so warm to the point that we didn’t sleep for the first night. The tea bags looks old and did not replace them.
