Check in staff couldn’t find booking resignation. Even thought it was confirmed on the app. Took long time to check in. Annoying

hot breakfast were different every day, nice variety. beds were comfortable, nice location for the Arctic winter games (across the street).
maybe explain at check in that we have to get our meals tickets everyday at front desk (nobody told us). add more fresh fruits for the breakfast.

Our room exceeded expectations and so did the staff. Everyone was so nice and very friendly. The free breakfast was amazing. The options were never ending and tasted fantastic.
Can’t think of anything - we loved our 2 days there.

the location was great, easy access to everything downtown.
I was disappointed with the eggs, tasteless and coffee too but the staff were lovely. I think you need a better menu. The WAFFLES need strawberries or some kind of fruit and juice; too dry with just syrup.

The staff is always friendly and accommodating.
It took probably close to 5 minutes for the water to get hot enough to take a shower...once the water warmed up it was excellent but just took longer than usual.

Close to town and amenities. 15 minute drive to the airport and underground parking made me feel safe.

Quick and easy check-in/out process and staff provided great service.
The decor was a bit dated and in need of upgrades such as the bathroom countertop, water pressure was not sufficient, and bolt lock on door did not work.

Kids running up and down the hall from 8 to midnight. Bad night sleep. Front desk apologized but not that concerned. Was not impressed.
