Our toilet was not working properly and we called and 5 minutes later a maintenance man was in our room fixing the issue, I also left a hair straightener behind and they are sending it back to me. Everyone was so helpful and friendly great experience.
I would have liked to be closer to the falls but that wasn’t really a big deal.

For suit room the price is SO fantastic. I even forgot that I would get suit room 😄. Strategic location.
Perhaps breakfast could start at 7:00? Not sure if it’s part of the hotel, but as we got a discount voucher, I assume it is.

Ladies at the front desk were nice. Our room was fairly clean
The curtains were broken and did not block out the parking lot lights that lit up our room all night. The towel rack looked like it was falling off the wall and the bathroom fan was unnecessarily loud. The cable went out for over a day and was still not working when we checked out
