It smelt of cigarettes although there were no smoking signs everywhere and drunk people would come knocking on our door in the middle of the night

The signage in this property indicate that it’s not a safe place. It also claims to be non smoking, but reeked of cigarette smoke, not to mention kitty litter, sewage, and general filth. There was no elevator, so not handicap accessible. Our TV didn’t work, which we mentioned multiple times and it never got fixed. Genuinely would never stay there again.

I was terrified and the check In process took so long and she screamed out my room number to every single man in the lobby. the room smelled so badly of cigarettes and there were bed bugs EVERYWHERE. I left immediately. this is a warning to anyone traveling and trying to pinch pennys DO NOT DO IT!!!!

The staff was nice, rooms are clean and property is too.

I wish the rooms had a microwave and a fridge, instead, you have to go the lobby if you want something heated up. The facility is clean and presentable but this property attracts the homeless which is found roaming the halls and more so in the night hours. Too many sketchy people walking around and.

The location was nice, so was price.

No fridge or microwave in the rooms. The communal microwave was missing the glass plate. The ice machine was down the entire time I was there. (3 nights, 2 days) A couple of friends have told me that it's apparently the norm, but it was off-putting nonetheless, so I decided to mention it. Housekeeping (at least twice) went into my room while I was out. Finally, the morning I left, as I was packing up, I discovered a cockroach. 🤮

I liked how clean it was. Staff was ok, except the one that works 1st shift.

Some of the staff was very great there was an afternoon staff member that is horrible and racist

The afternoon staff woman was racist and treated everybody poorly she didn't care about anybody had poor customer service skills and picked on people just to see them have a bad reaction horrible horrible place when she's working there
