How it smell downstairs like throw up and cat and dog _ _ _ _ _ _ and smell like a die person up in there may me sick!

Nothing to like
Customer service was the worst I had ever experienced. I actually feel like I need an apology from them. I ended up going somewhere else because of the horrible customer service over the phone.

Coffee ran out, quality of rooms not exceptional, could have been cleaner, moisture issues in bathroom...

Absolutely nothing, those was a terrible experience for the amount of money paid.
Old, dated, dirty, in poor repair, burns in the bedding, obvious the floor hadn't been mopped. NEVER AGAIN!

Dirty, old, in disrepair, no breakfast or coffee staff didn’t care and price was three times what it normally is due to a horse show in town that weekend.

I have never been in such a dirty room there was rice on the lamp ok then there was rice in the bed when owner seen it he just picked rice off never even offered to change sheets the pillows were nasty no way I’d lay my head on it

Great location, close to the interstate, plenty of parking.
No towels in the room and no answer at the front desk. Also no one at the front desk upon checkout. Waited at least 15 minutes to tell about the lack of towels. I hope to not see an additional charge when I get my credit card statement. As far as waiting on the front desk, I do understand the current staffing situation, so the only real issue is no towels!

I never got the room to stay. The staff, said it was a $40 deposit. They took my $40, and I never got the room.

Everything was great friendly staff clean rooms great experience overall have been here multiple times never any problems

we were able to add an extra night's stay and were very happy with the friendly staff and the service
We liked everything except the pillows. For us, the pillows were too soft.
