The location is breath taking, and the vibes of the whole place are off the charts. The main lodge is incredibly charming and well done. Staff were fantastic, and dining was excellent.
The room we stayed in needed a little love. Trim and walls were dinged up with thin paint, caulk was poorly applied and messy, grout along tiles was cracked, closet bar for hanging clothes was bent and unreliable, and some of the furniture needed a refurbish.

Loved our stay at Emerald Lake Lodge. Room was rustic, clean, great quality personal amenities, unexpected view from our room & balcony. Easy walk to spa & club room plus the main lodge. Breakfast great value. Enjoyed walking the whole lake trail, great pathway.
Prices in main dining room little steep but you can see menu beforehand. No internet in rooms but was available in common areas.

Great location 24hour bus to the car park was great although the bus was quite loud at night, maybe they should consider an electric vehicle.
Bathroom was in serious need of re doing, the shower curtain was stained, and the bath had chips in it.
