Very quiet and comfortable space. Room bigger than expected. Nicely furnished and clean. Enjoyed staying in Field and glad not to be stuck in Banff. The owner Luc was friendly and helpful.

The king room was larger than expected, very clean, and located in the charming little village of Field. You can cook in the small kitchen which has everything you could possibly need. Luc was super friendly and was a fountain of information on the area and kindly provided us with bear spray. I would really recommend this inn to overseas tourists looking for an authentic Rockies experience.

Good location close to the highway and lovely local attractions such as Emerald Lake, Lake Louise and the Natural Bridge very easy to access.
We saw great wildlife including grizzly and black bears
The room was spacious and nicely furnished. The owner was friendly and helpful.
I expected the accommodation was a hotel rather than attached to the owner's home.
There is a train track 200 yards from the house with goods trains with over 200 co trainers running regularly day and night. My sleep was significantly affected by the significant noise of this every night of our stay. We were caught at the train track into the village 3 times in 3 days and one of those times it was a half hour wait before the train reversed to clear the crossing.
