The price was very good and affordable. The location was good too. Feels like living with neighbours.

Good location ok price

Staff couldn't find my booking and were very rude and unhelpful. Took forever to get the cot we requested at booking. Room appeared clean but the bedding had a bad smell, floors stained, deadbolt on exterior door was falling off, couldn't close bathroom door, broken bathroom tiles, mattresses and pillows were lumpy and sagging

Breakfast was substandard , I couldn’t eat it. The rooms were extremely beat up, a broken window in the bathroom , bed cover was worn thread bare . Not a good feeling The place was very beat up , very, very beat up rundown and weary.

My room was absolutely disgusting. There were holes in the walls, broken furniture, dirty walls and filthy appliances. There was a pile of public hair and dirt behind the bathroom door and black mold in the bathroom shower and sink. I had to keep my shoes on as the carpet had large ground in grime. The bedding was shredded and torn. Out the back window is a great view of another crackhead motel and garbage. This must be a crackhead motel. I don't honestly know how booking.com can associate with this place. I'm posting some pictures but it will only allow 4.

Yes fast food around

Very basic breakfast no fruit, the place was run down but the bed was good and the room was clean. It was the cheapest place on booking.com. the front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

The staff was very friendly and extremely accommodating to me. I will stay there next time I'm in Kamloops.

The only thing I didn't like was not enough pillows.
