Cleanliness, room size

Bed Mattress needed replacement and was sagging terribly in the center causing back discomfort

I found a leftover box and used fork in the kitchen drawer on the last day of my stay, that was bad.. and unexpected...

The service was efficient, the food was also great. Location was perfect, 15mins away from the office.

It seemed they only cleaned on the surface, upon further inspection I found spider webs behind the main door of my room, the carpet had stains all over, and the shower wasn’t always properly cleaned (considering I requested room service for everyday). My personal toothpaste was also taken out of my room in my absence at some point, and was later replaced with the tiniest tube ever. This really put me off. Thankfully I locked up all my things every morning before I left otherwise I’m not sure what else would’ve been taken. I was also placed on the ground floor, with my room facing the cleaners room and being next door which is what I believe was the store room. People who had access to those rooms would go in and out of those rooms literally every minute from around 7pm until just after 10pm. I’d be fatigued and trying to sleep off the jet lag but would be disturbed by the noise, this happened every night. not to mention the vacuuming of the hall way just before 8pm in the evening. The bar fridge in the room also had the weirdest and loudest vibrations that would go off randomly.
