Property was clean and in great location.
The toilet made a loud noise when flushed, and there was hair on the towels.

Great hotel. Ive stayed at much higher end luxury hotels that were not as nice as this one. Very large room and very clean with no real issues. This is definitely where i will stay anytime i am in the area. There is also a shopping center directly across the street with a great Italian restaurant.
The in room coffee is terrible and more like water. This is not a big deal since there is a nice coffee machine in the lobby and decent coffee at breakfast. I managed hotels for 18 years and i really wish that more places would learn that there are much better breakfast options than powdered eggs, such as ready to cook omelettes and hard boiled eggs that do not cost much more money but offer a far superior experience.

The rooms were fairly clean and the flooring wasn't carpet. The beds were comfortable.
The elevators don't quite work. The stairwell was extremely dirty, the carpets hadn't been vacuumed and they were stained. The room had ants. There was constant smell of pot smoke on the third floor and outside near the pool area. There was quite alot of noise next door due to a water leak and some flooding in their bathroom - this was close to 11 at night. I told the staff about both problems and they seemed less than interested in solving them.
