Coast Capri Hotel

Rooms and facilities were clean. Pool was lovely. Friendly, relaxed vibe.

Everything was great. Nice spacious room. Check in was fast and he was lovely, even though I had a mistake on my booking. My cost on my account came up as 209.00 - in Euros! which I did not see so when he gave me the check in and I saw the price I questioned it his total as too much. I looked at my booking and did see the Euro sign this time. I will look closer next time and apologise to the clerk for questioning him. We had a drink in the bar, lovely staff. We also had breakfast and the food was very good. I have stayed here before and I knew I like the hotel. It is a little worn in areas but still pretty nice.

Room was spacious, staff were attentive, location convenient.

Our room had a distinct urine smell from the first time we entered it. When we told staff about it and requested another room, they said they had none available. However, we appreciated that they came to investigate and had the carpets cleaned the next day. The carpet cleaning helped reduce the smell but did not eradicate it completely. The room was also quite dated and not worth the cost in my opinion, especially due to the smell and considering we were not offered any form of discount/compensation for this issue.
