Lady at the desk was not happy about us showing up 30 minutes early. I upgraded to a Jacuzzi suite and tv remote was missing took awhile to get that

The place was very clean and comfortable

Didn't know they had breakfast, lol. Hotel was nice, clean, and staff was awesome. They made my bed about everyday, till I remembered to leave something on it lol. It was nice, but I really don't like someone being in my room while my dogs in there. They have a rule the dog has to be in a kennel, which is fine and understandable. Don't give you a sign for privacy to put on the door to keep them out. Claim they have health code standards they have to be able to access your room to check. I don't know about that, but I did see one roach, I left a box sitting on the dresser and it was in there when I opened the box the next morning. I'd still say it's very clean, the south has big problems and it wasn't a palmetto bug flying at me lol. The pool was closed, yeah after the summer holiday but weather was nice and that rule is for public pools not hotels. Another guest told us they wouldn't allow them to swim. It was a great stay, and I always try to stay at motel 6 because they're pet friendly. I had a balcony room, it was nice to sit on the porch. The balcony light didn't work, the faucet in the tub was loose, and the remote didn't work for the TV. Just a couple things for maintenance to check and fix. Still a great hotel, clean, with great service.

The pool being closed was the only thing.

The mechanism to get into room did not work appropriately. Had to keep going to office to be unlocked. Also parking must back out.
