The pools were wonderful and the room was good...one of the older ones but comfortable
That children were in the circular pool which was for adults only and therefore not peaceful as intended

Right from check in the staff were great
Checking in was smooth and we received excellent service
This place could use a facelift but just the same it’s clean and comfortable plus it’s great value as you have access to outdoor pools till 11pm and indoor till 1am how great is that !! We’ll keep coming here as we always enjoy our stay!!
Pools and late hours you can use them

The restaurants and pools were great. The room was also fine, minus the mould growing all over the AC unit.
Our AC/heat unit had an entire sheet of mould spores growing all across the entire thing. Wasn’t able to turn the unit on, and had to sleep worrying about getting sick from the mould. Especially having chronic health concerns as it is.

The outdoor hot spring pools.
The bedroom was grubby and very dated. It had a musty damp smell. No plug for sink. No dressing gowns. Carpet was filthy. Staff in coffee shop and on reception were miserable and not very welcoming.
