El engaño por parte de la compañía que realizó el alojamiento.Pues en la reservación decía que había transporte a la que se deseaba y no fue así,hubo que pagar un servicio extra para llegar al aeropuerto.

Room was clean. Bathroom was nice.

The heating/cooling unit make to much noise when it operates. Charge for room, charge for parking, then charge for what is a free continental breakfast anywhere else I have ever paid to stay? No thank you.

Neat services: - they give us some cookies when we check in - a nice welcoming personalized message on TV - proximity to a train stop - proximity to the beach - the room was nice and comfy - the little refrigerator - they are thoughtful for the environment (big refillable bottle for liquid soap, shampoo and conditioner. Plus the little recycle bin)

- We can ear the door brutally slammed from the others rooms

The room was very nice and spacious. Additionally it is in a great location that is easily accessible to the highway and public transportation.

The only thing I didn't like was the paying for parking. Other hotels I stayed at, I didn't have to worry about that additional fee. Other than that, I'd recommend this hotel.

The location was convenient to the airport, a short shuttle bus ride away. Arranging for the shuttle to and from hotel was easy. Just text the hotel staff on arrival at airport. And the hotel was conveniently close to public transportation. The Room was comfortable, clean, and quiet.

Local and in-hotel food options are limited. Breakfast buffet was adequate and convenient, but cost a bit more than the selection and quality merited. The last night there was apparently a smoker on our floor, so we had the smell of cigarette smoke thru the night.

Shuttle and warm cookies

No free breakfast

I liked being able to text with the hotel. The bar and cafe were great. The people working them were super friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean and well appointed.

There was only one shuttle. When we asked for pickup at the airport, we waited outside for 45 minutes. The person who told me that the shuttle was on the way should have given an indication of how long it would be. I didn't appreciate having my 85 year old mother waiting in the cold for that long. Also, for the ride back to the airport, we had to call an uber because the shuttle was only once per hour. It would be helpful to give guests more information about the shuttle, especially the schedule.

Clean and spacious room

No complimentary breakfasts for its price, slightly on the older side

Liked the beach nearby and the staff was helpful and polite

Shower curtains didn't completely cover the shower, the AC was pretty loud

It was just a stain on the curtain in the room and then the breakfast not included  it’s a clean place and the staff at very good

The room was spacious and clean. When we checked in, the woman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. We also got the usual cookies, always nice. The hotel is not in the center, but is 5 minutes walking from the subway station. It takes only 10 minutes on the subway to get to the center of Boston.

The rooms can have an update. Hotel parking was expensive.

There was no parking. It was in a bad area and very run down. And for some reason very expensive.

- Paid parking. It was quite disappointing to see that parking was paid. Also, it was note mentioned during booking - dental kit and slippers should have been provided by default - In cafe, I was told that machine was not working for ICE coffee. 1 minute later, ice coffee was served to next guest

Outside of city

No trash bags in garbage, bugs underneath the bed , with stained sheets, I don’t even know if they cleaned the room before we got their probably just put “new sheets on”

The breakfast service named Ann is nice and excellent.

Humidity is strong, the quilt touched so uncomfortable, the atmosphere smell in the room was very uncomfortable though I mentioned it but no any measures to make it better.

I like the parking option.

Price was very expensive for this hotel.

The hotel was clean and spacious the staff was friendly, great location, free shuttle to airport which was a bonus, I would definitely stay there again.

The back of the hotel could could do with updating maybe a garden with sitting area

The bathroom was not cleaned from prior guests and waited about a half hour for the cleaning service to come clean the bathroom but especially the toilet which had lots of stains and residue from the prior guests

This is a doubletree and you get the usual equipment as needed.

The building is aging.

coulda used a microwave in the hotel room but other then that everything was great

The beds were comfortable and the sheets were nice and soft. Cookies were great. They were very accommodating with my requests. Everything was really good.

The beds were comfortable and the hotel has an airport shuttle running every hour.

The rooms were quite dirty. The bathroom looked old and the shower water handle was almost broken. The heating was very loud and one of my relatives struggled to sleep because of that. The hotel only services the rooms by request but they did not inform us of that.
