Complimentary breakfast and drink.
Location was a bit too outside of the city but public transportation access was good.

Location was convenient
Staff at the front desk - coud be more friendly - we were given a warning about homeless people coming in. However, it was not communicated in a way as precaution, rather it was scaring us on the first day.

Great location, very clean, neat, great breakfast. The staff is excellent. And let me tell you, cookies on the counter in the afternoon was an amazing addition
The only trouble we had is we were a little confused where the entrance was, we are not locals so it threw us off how tucked in it is and you can hardly see the sign driving by

Breakfast was good and plentiful.
Being close to hospital very very noisy - sirens of police cars, ambulances and fire trucks constant. Shower was a bit confusing to use and no exhaust fan in bathroom.
