La atención no es una maravilla y mi estancia fue de 6 noches y solo hicieron la limpieza 3 días

There wasn’t any breakfast which I was told there would be. The location was fine.

They could’ve communicated better and not give false information about what was going to be expected and wasn’t.

I was charged for the hotel online when I booked it. But the hotel staff also charged me again.

It was perfect!!! Awesome location and parking was right next to the hotel.

WiFi was down at the time. Out of the property’s control. Had some payment confusion, concierge was kind, manager was abrasive, rude, and not at all helpful. I had unanswered questions, and during my conversation with the manager he told me “I am considering this matter resolved” and walked away.

The room was spacious and nice. Excellent location.

Unfortunately, I was overcharged for my stay. Since the check-in, they did not tell me the total price I would pay for my reservation (2 rooms for 4 people), and the communication was very confusing. When I checked out, the staff charged a little bit more than the price of my reservation saying that was the correct rate. After that, I tried to contact Booking.com to complain and they asked me for a lot of documents, like my credit card statement, receipts, etc and I sent everything more than once. Finally, they asked me for a receipt with the total price but since I booked 2 rooms the hotel gave me 2 receipts. I tried to contact Hilton Customer Support a few times and they were unable to provide the receipt the same way Booking.com was demanding.

the pool was so small, it looked like a kid pool and not for a hotel. I was highly disappointed, likewise with the gym.

Property is conveniently located and relatively clean.

Staff was not very friendly. We tried to check in an hour before our check-in time and they told us they would be charging us an extra $25. Although I understand that this is their policy, it seemed a bit ridiculous considering it was one hour out and the rooms were clearly ready. Their baggage room only holds baggage until 5 pm which is very inconvenient if you have them hold your bags prior to your check-in time and have plans until after 5 pm. For a hotel these both seemed a bit ridiculous.

The room was great and tidy, there is a restaurant downstairs and shops nearby. The location is very good.

The restaurant staff are great but the lobby staff looked like they didn't want to be there. Not much eye contact or a smile, we found that unusual for a front desk.

street noise heard, hit my knee three times of the bed corner, paid water, cold inside and noisy heating, one blanket for two people. heavy odor in lobby and elevator.

Pool is kind of small and their website says they offer valet for $62 a night and they didn’t and it was the same price for you to park it yourself. Feel they should give you some money off since you have to self park.

There was no water in my room. The beds had bugs…i was “kicked out” at two pm…and my toiletries are still in the hotel. I demand all money credited back asap.

The room was clean and comfortable. It was a great area for access to restaurants and shops. The staff was very nice. The lobby is nice, although not too big. The hallway was quiet and we did not hear any noise from other rooms.

Even though we were on the 20th floor, the street noise was loud. Sometimes we could hear voices of the people outside. Parking was very expensive even though the website said it would be $40 a day, it was more. Didn’t like not having a valet. We had to drive around the block to a self park.

Great location!

Bathroom door wouldn’t close all the way. Soap dispenser in bathroom was empty and/or didn’t work. We asked for replacement but were just given a bar of soap.

Staff friendly and helpful, room well equipped, like the bathroom soap, shampoo, lotion facility, location very convenient, bed comfortable, but they still haven't fixed the 'frame sticks out and bashes your knee if you get too close' problem which has been constant for many years!

More clarity over early check in fee, more clarity over the room servicing arrangements - slightly confusing mixed messages.

Good location

The staff seemed like they had an attitude and weren’t very informative. The noise from I’m assuming construction was very disturbing.

The room and of Couse lobby was very clean, which makes you happy while entering the room.

There was food item in ice jar, which was not cleaned before we check-in.

There was no dedicated parking space for hotel guests. Had to pay extra $65 for parking.

I didn't really care for it. I left a day early even though they didn't refund me. The room was really small and dark.
