Pretty much standard fare. Location is good for proximity to business center, restaurants etc.
Breakfast variety is limited, but like any other Chicago hotel

I liked the comforters on the beds. It was unseasonably cold when we were there and the bed was warm and comfy. I also liked the way the bathroom was set up with extra shelves that pulled out to provide extra space for all of your toiletries.

Wi-fi was good enough to work and attend meetings. We had the possibility to store our bags for free after check-out. Close to everything you might need. Bed was comfy and the room spacious. We were upgrades to a suite for free. Plenty of towels. We had a hairdryer, iron, microwave and other things at our disposal.
Breakfast didn’t have many options but I’ve come to notice that this is something normal in the US.

Frühstück könnte gesunder sein - es gab viel zuckerhaltiges Essen und generell eher wenig Auswahl.
Im Poolbereich hat es sehr stark nach Chlor gerochen.

The breakfast was good for the price. I loved the location, everything was at a walking distance. Enjoyed the night walks!

Localização excepcional, perto de todos os pontos importantes da cidade. Bairro com muito restaurante bom e bares legais. Quarto muito bom e espaçoso. Cama gigantesca, muito boa!! Café da manhã excelente também, muita opção de tudo. Recomendo este hotel.
O barulho da sirene dos bombeiros de chicago é bem alto mesmo, mas não incomoda muito.

Breakfast is a nightmare. It is till 10 a.m. only and very bad in choices. Small room made it really crowded

Great location.
Windows are not so thick. You can hear the road and sirens. AC is too loud. Room is so stuffy. It gets hot quickly and no air ventilation in the bathroom. Room wasn’t clean enough. Housekeeping forgot changing the bins, cleaning the floors, replacing coffee etc.

Helpful staff and super nice/convenient valet services; impressive breakfast selection; our suite layout was perfect for our family of 3.
The bathroom could have been cleaned better, and there was a huge crater in the middle of our King bed that made it less comfortable. The main issue was the elevators - on a busy holiday weekend, we would sometimes wait up to 10 minutes for an elevator to get up to our room/out for the day.

Thomas was super amazing and helped us a lot. He gave us good ideas of what to see and made sure we were doing really good. I would recommend this place to everyone.
The elevators were moving slow. They were being worked on during our visit. The breakfast buffet was delicious but not refilled as fast as it could have been.

Tener la estación de bomberos tan cerca y unas ventanas mal insonorizadas no es un acierto.
En algunos momentos tener el tercer ascensor roto era un problema cuando las escaleras estaban cerradas

We were very pleasantly surprised by this hotel.
Staff extremely helpful, great location, pool was lovely and warm so kids were happy with that.
Plenty of food at breakfast. Rooms were spotless! Overall a great stay and we will definitely return.
Breakfast was busy but we were prepared for that, waffle lines took forever but worth the wait. It would be good if they had pancakes might reduce the lines for waffles. Also my husband was disappointed there was no bacon but hey ya can't get it all...

El desayuno es estupendo, la única pega son las colas para hacerse un gofre y que no hay mesas para suficientes. A esas horas del desayuno también resulta imposible el ascensor…. Restábamos en planta 8 y más de una vez tuve que ir por las escaleras por no esperar

Fuera de la habitacion el hotel esta feo, el desayuno son rios de gente haciendo fila.

Our room was spacious, updated. I thought the hotel had just been renovated, it was that Fresh looking. Bathroom, towels, great. Bed comfortable, furnishings nice. We were very happy!

The room was clean and really big. The bed was super comfortable and it was quiet, so we slept well. It is a great location, easy walking everywhere. Brilliant selection of bars and restaurants close by.
The breakfast was very basic and incredibly busy, limited tables and long lines to wait for food. The swimming pool was perfect for a quick swim with the children but it was very cold. Despite having a suite, the room did not have any cutlery or crockery - which made having the kicthen area a bit pointless!
