THE BREAKFAST WAS FREE BUT NOT FILLING. POWDER EGGS ETC. FRUITS WERE GOOD, YOUSHOULD OFFERMORE VARIATY OF MEATS.

Excellent location, exceptional staff, great complimentary breakfast, clean, well equipped suite rooms.
The cost is pretty high, but that is to be expected in a big city, especially during a holiday weekend.

It was in a great location. The view was amazing. Breakfast was great. The staff was great and super helpful.
There needs to be a better system for storing bags before it’s check in time. It was chaotic and slow. I wish there was a designated line and multiple people helping in peak times

We stayed in Room 2015 for four nights. Overall, we had a pleasant stay with no major complaints, but there are definitely areas where this hotel could improve, especially considering what we paid.
First, the positives! Our room was incredibly quiet. We never heard our neighbors, which was a huge plus. Our window overlooked what appeared to be an apartment building with a beautiful rooftop. There was even a narrow rooftop area where residents brought their dogs out to play, so we got to enjoy watching the little pooches!
The cabinets and stainless steel appliances looked nice, but the sink faucet looked like something straight out of the 1980s. The garbage disposal was ridiculously loud and sounded like it was on its last leg. We didn't report it during our stay, but management should definitely inspect it. The cooktop also showed considerable wear, including chipped edges.
The bedroom thermostat looked like another relic from the '80s. The bathroom could also use some modernization. The bathtub and fixtures were dated, and the toilet was unusually low.
