Staff was kind upon check in and throughout the stay. The location is perfect for wandering the city. Breakfast was good and kept stocked.

The room felt incredibly tight and small and you could hear everything that was happening out in the hall. Feels like the price of the room was way higher than it should have been.

I love the view outside my window being up high. It allowed me to enjoy the city lights

Reserved my suite over a month ago with a city few. Got there, the room wasn't ready, told to come back after 4, at 5:30 STILL not ready. He said they were trying to get people out of the room, but check-out is at 11am, so why were they still there at 5:30pm? We took a different room because we had a show to go to, needed to shower and change. The front desk person said he would give me a whole $9 off the room and a late check-out (12pm) for the inconvenience. He lied and said check-out was 10am when it's really 11am, so tried to pretend like he was giving us 2 hrs. Layout of the room weird, toilet kept running, could hear ALL of the noise from the street, sofa sleeper all springs (whole body ached in the morning), and panel peeling from desk. Told this to the front desk clerk in the morning, she tells me they had overbooked, gave my room away and would give me a $60 credit. Got the bill and they only knocked approximately $34. She lied also.

The customer service was spectacular!! I’d definitely stay at this location again!

At one point there was only one elevator working making it take longer to go back to our room.

The hotel was well situated and clean. The view was very nice! I really appreciated the front staff, that were always helpful and agreeable!

The breakfast buffet could be bigger

good location, nice lobby to hang out in especially during a very cold weekend. Rooms were very comfortable. I liked having the sink outside of the room with the toilet and shower.

There was a drive by shooting 10 minutes after we walked in. We heard the gun shots from our room and the entrance was shot up. This is not the hotel's fault. But an unsettling experience nonetheless.

Very good breakfast with the friendliest and hardworking kitchen crew. The upgrade on Sunday night stay was really appreciated. Parking within the building was very convenient. Close to everything really. Thank you to the management. The room with the windows has awesome view of the city at night!

Maybe real cups/glasses instead of styrofoam and plastic? Bathroom caulking could be updated.

The rooms were spacious and clean and the location was very convenient to access all main attractions in town. The breakfast was good.

Some of the furnishings were a bit overused and outdated. The lobby bar was very popular but rather loud and busy.

Excellent location. The suite was perfect in size and cleanliness. The complimentary breakfast was just perfect. The staff was very kind and willing to help in every way.

The breakfast selection was fantastic, lots of options and all quality. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Parking was pretty easy and very convenient. Beds were comfy. The fitness space was great too!

The room itself was pretty snug. We had 3 and it said it could accommodate 4, but that would have been tough! I would have liked the breakfast hours earlier on Sunday.

Lobby upstairs- girls had no idea what they were doing. Bathroom was gross- they need to deep clean.

The entire staff was excellent, especially the desk. They made sure we had everything we needed, and checked periodically during our stay. The breakfast was fine and the location was perfect. I also liked the on site self parking.

Fui cobrado por taxas que não foram avisadas, apesar de constar no sistema do hotel que eu havia concordado com a cobrança. Me prometeram o estorno, mas não fizeram. Pra piorar, não aceitaram o pagamento em débito no cartão virtual, alegando que somente aceitavam o pagamento em cartão físico. Disseram que era uma política do hotel que fica avisado no balcão, mas a reserva no Booking o cliente realiza meses antes de chegar no balcão do hotel. Uma pena que isso ainda ocorre com turistas.

Breakfast was delicious, I don’t eat pork so when I saw turkey sausage I was glad and loved it . Eggs, omelette, french toast everything was delicious
