Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham West Edmonton

Clean, handy, mini golf was cool for the kids. Good parking. THE BREAKFAST WAS GREAT!

The suite was Minecraft theme, it had 2 bedrooms and a bed in the main area, one room was very small but had bunkbeds and was nice, the other had a queen size bed and was nice. It had a tiny kitchen and table and was just such a nice place to stay

Breakfast is not good you need to have more variety , the hot drinks are not good and no chicken in the menu

Except breakfast everything was good

The hotel has good amenities including fitness center & swimming pool. Free coffee & Slush Puppies are available to guests. Rooms are clean & comfortable. Courteous staff.

When my family arrived for check in we were told by staff that the hotel overbooked & we no longer had our room & would have to settle for a smaller room with less beds. We are 3 adults, so this was a major compromise. They advised us that $60 would be taken off our bill, which is obvious as now we had to stay in a smaller room. We have stayed here before & this was the 1st time that this sort of thing happened. We weren't impressed & telling us that $60 will be taken off our bill was insulting because obviously that's what they legally had to do as we were downgraded to a smaller room. We would normally stay here again but as this was a major imconvenience for us.,we will be booking elsewhere.
