Some areas are dated. And the courtyard with pool is crowded.

The staff was friendly and the hotel’s restaurant was great. Check-in/out process was smooth and easy. Property outside the hotel is beautiful.
The spa was cavernous and so crowded it was like a cattle call. There was nowhere for my daughter and I to sit in the lounge between services and the locker room was small and out dated.
Our room was very outdated and in a bizarre location where the windows were actually looking out at the hallway, not outside. Everyone walking by our room could be heard easily. The room was clean, but very small and dark.
The parking lot is also almost a block away from the hotel, which wasn’t ideal. Proximity to Picton/Queen St was decent. For the high price, we were very disappointed with the quality.
