Great buffet breakfast and lovely dining room

Bedroom was beautiful and very comfortable. The front desk staff were very nice. The shuttle was super handy.
The bar was out of quite a few things- smoker wasn’t working for old fashion, part of the alcohol needed was also gone, next day we ordered a beer and they were out. Seemed like a lot of people working at the bar but they were just chatting and we sat at the bar and it took a while to get a drink while we watched them chat. They were lovely- don’t get me wrong. But it was just a bit annoying given how much we paid to stay at the property

Check in was very smooth and easy. We always stay at Queen's Landing when we have Shaw Festival tickets or are celebrating a special occasion and are never disappointed.
We really missed the white table cloths in the main dining room. Fine dining requires a white table cloth in my opinion!
Food was great but the ambiance of Tiara is lost.

Could’ve aired the rooms, a little bit more as the rooms were musky and moldy smelling and tired looking
