We liked the room, the bed was very comfortable, and the staff were very pleasant, a nice quiet hotel, very reasonable for the price. Not far from the bluffs, a nice place to walk with some great views.

We did not like, that there were very few drinking facilities in the room, only a small coffee filter machine, only coffee available in the room, no tea & not much milk or sugar, or a kettle , other than that, very nice.

I was pleasantly surprised as the property was renovated in the last few years. It was also good that breakfast was provided.

I have not lived in Toronto for over 20 years. This hotel was the best priced but was in the east end of the city. I had to spend a lot of time on the road to visit my friends'homes.

The second time we stayed there was much better than the first time.

The first time the room was really small, and cold. The breakfast was sparse. Maintainence on the room was poor. I had somehow put in the wrong dates. It took 4 hours to get that fixed. The computer system leaves a lot to be desired. Finally, on my third call to the hotel, the desk person told me the telephone number to get in touch with hotels . Com. Then I was charged more for my stay. The second night I stayed there was worlds better.The room was bigger, and we were able to make it warm. The continental breakfast seemed better . The beds were pretty comfortable. The gal who worked the front desk the morning we left was wonderful.
